The Marching Greyhounds head to Aberdeen tomorrow for the Aberdeen Marching Festival. The parade starts at 9:00 with Hoven stepping off at 10:17. Good luck, Greyhounds!

Today's Cross Country meet in Groton has been postponed due to the amount of rain they received. More information to come on the new date.

A couple of announcements. First there will be NO football game this Friday, September 25th in Hoven against North Central. Lastly, midterm grades have been posted please login to Infinite Campus to check your students grades! If you need help getting into your account email jonie.abler@k12.sd.us Next week we will have Parent Teacher Conferences on Friday, October 2nd and they will be from 8:00 am - 3:15 pm. This is also a NO school day, please note the time change compared to previous years of having conferences at night.

Information for today! Please note the start time of events. School will dismiss at 11:00 am today, no school lunch will be served. Come out and support the Indian taco feed at 11:00 in the school commons. 1:30 the parade will start as of now it's rain or shine! Football parents night will follow the Hall of Fame induction. It is looking to be around 6:00 pm but please be there early. We will have parents, athletes and stats line up on the south side of the football field. Half time of the football game there will be some mini greyhound cheerleaders performing and the homecoming royalty will make an appearance!

There will be two volleyball games on Thursday, September 17th now against Sunshine Bible. The first game will be a Junior High/C game but no 6th graders followed by a JV game.

A couple reminders for today the Patriots Day Program is in the school gymnasium this morning at 9:00 am and it's open to the public. Students and staff are encouraged to wear red, white or blue. 🎶 Marching Band Dress Rehearsal 🎶 TODAY, September 11th- step off shortly after 1:00pm. Come out and support the Marching Greyhounds as we prepare for our upcoming competitions. A couple volleyball announcements! This Thursday, September 10th the volleyball games in Timberlake will be a Junior High/Middle School triangular with Timberlake and Lemmon. NO JV GAME! The schedule will go as listed below. Hoven vs TL 4:30 pm MOUNTAIN TIME Lemmon vs Hoven Lemmon vs TL Rolling schedule so please plan accordingly! -------------------------------- Parents night for Volleyball and Cross Country have been moved to Thursday, October 15th vs Herried/Selby at Hoven! The night we originally picked Monday, September 28th vs Highmore/Harrold will only be Junior High/Middle School games. There will be 2 games that night still but both JH/MS no JV game!
