🎭This afternoon at the State Oral Interpretation Festival in Watertown, Ava performed her Humorous piece and earned a Superior, which meant she got to take that special walk across the stage. Only the highest-scoring performers receive this recognition, and achieving it as a freshman in a solo piece is truly remarkable. Congratulations, Ava! 🏅

🎭The HHS Oral Interp team competed today at the Region competition to determine who will advance to the State Oral Interp Festival in Watertown on December 5–6. Our region is filled with outstanding talent, and only a select few from each division earn a spot at State. 🎭 🎉We are thrilled to share that Ava Griese has qualified for State in Humorous, and Ava Hartung earned Region Alternate in Non-Original Oratory! 🎉 Every one of our performers delivered their strongest performance of the season and represented our school and community with excellence. We couldn’t be prouder!💜🩶

🎭What a day for our Oral Interp students! Fifteen outstanding performances were shared today by students in grades 7–12 at our local Oral Interp competition. Performing in front of a large audience, especially one filled with familiar faces, can be one of the most intimidating stages of all. Yet, it also makes for the perfect first performance of the year, surrounded by such a supportive community. The judges had their work cut out for them, with many tough decisions on who will advance to the District Competition on November 4. Overall, it was an amazing day and a spectacular showcase of our talented Fine Arts students! 🎭 👏🏻
